Understand your booking charges

• Doctor appointments: pay only the displayed platform fee online. The consultation fee is payable directly at the clinic reception.
• Diagnostic appointments and tests: the platform fee is displayed before online confirmation. Test and service charges are collected at the diagnostic center.
• Pathology test bookings: reserve tests online and pay the full displayed MRP at reception. The test price shown before confirmation is the amount payable at the centre.
• Reception bookings: no online platform fee is charged. Tests, consultation, and services are paid directly at the provider.
• Appointment-only center visits: pay the displayed platform fee online. Tests are assigned and charged at the center.

Review both the online fee and the reception charges before confirming. Existing bookings keep the charges and payment arrangement recorded when they were created.
